Minnesota Renaissance Festival 2025 Permit. Scott county officials and the operators of the minnesota renaissance festival have agreed to new permit conditions that'll allow the festival to go ahead this year, albeit with major changes to its parking operations. 7 weekends of huzzah & cheers starts august 16th!

Each festival parking pass is good for one specified day of parking and the cost is $15. $18.95 children 4 and under are free!
